The confirmation of the candidates selected will be subject to endorsement by the Royal Civil Service Commission. The candidates selected are requested to submit the following documents to the GNHC by Feb 21, 2012

• No Objection Certificate from parent agency signed by a competent authority
• Audit Clearance (valid and original)
• Security Clearance (valid and original)

The following candidates are shortlisted for the position of Sr. Planning Officer and Sr. Programme Coordinator.

The written exam in Dzongkhag and English will be held from 9.30 am to 10.30 am on February 1, 2012. On the same day, the interview will start from 11 am.

All the applicants are requested to be in the office of the Human Resource Officer at 9.15 a.m. with three recent performance evaluation reports on February 1, 2012 for pre examination and interview briefing.

The GNHC Secretariat would like to inform that due to the non availability
of enough candidate for the vacancy announced on December 16, 2011, the GNHC would like to re-announce the vacancy once more for in-service civil servants:

Interested in-service civil servants who meet the eligibility criteria may apply. For eligibility criteria, please refer section 7.3.2 of the Promotion Rules and Regulation, BCSR 2010.

Also, the candidate applying for the post of Sr. Planning Officer should have experience in socio economic development area particularly in Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Coordination. Likewise, the candidates applying for the post of Sr. Program Coordinator should have experience in program/project management and dealing with development partner.

Applicants with relevant qualification/training (Masters Degree preferred) and work experience shall be given preference.

There will be written examination prior to the Interview. The dates for the written examination and interview will be announced along with the short listing of the candidates on January 25, 2012.

Application along with Curriculum Vitae, attested copies of academic transcript (recent three qualifications), last promotion order and attested copies of relevant training certificates must reach the GNHC Secretariat latest by January 20, 2012.
