RE ANNOUNCEMENT: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOL)

The Gross National Happiness Commission Secretariat would like to re-announce the invitation to the local consultants to submit Expression of Interest for ‘End of Programme Evaluation of the Local Governance Support Programme in Bhutan’.
The EoI should include copy of firm’s registration certificate, CV of the key personnel, past experience and other relevant documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chief Research Officer, Research and Evaluation Division, GNH Commission.
On the basis of the information obtained through EoI, the agency will shortlist consultancy firms who will be invited to submit the Technical and Financial Proposal. Interested firms should submit their EoI before 11.00 am, 5^th March 2013.
