ANNUAL TENDER NOTICE 2009-2010

The Secretariat Office of the GNH Commission, Thimphu wishes to design a long term contact for a period of one year commencing from July 2009 onwards for the supply of the following works/goods:

1. Catering Services;

2. Stationeries & Office Equipments including maintenance of Photocopier Machines.

3. Furniture;

4. Computers & Peripherals including annual maintenance of Computers & Printers;

5. Repair and Maintenance of Pool Vehicle(s) including Supplies of Tyres & Tubes

6. Annual Hiring of Vehicle for the F.Y 2009-10

Interested business firms having valid licence are advised to collect the complete set of Tender Documents along with its detailed terms and conditions from the office of the AFD on payment of Nu. 500/- (Non-refundable) for each of the above works. Please read the terms and condition prior to your submission. The sale of Tender Documents starts from 29 th June 2009 till 29th July 2009 and the same shall be opened in presence of the intending bidders or their representatives in the conference Hall of the GNH Commission on 30 th July latest by 9:30 a.m and the same shall be opened at 10:00 a.m of the same day as stated in the Tender Documents.
