As per the guideline shared by the RCSC on categorization of services for providing continuity of the services during the COVID-19 situation, the GNHCS has appointed following officials as Communication Focal Officer and Complaint Management Officer.

Therefore, all officials are requested to deal with above focal officials for any matters related to communication and complaint against any services during the new mode of working.

This has reference to the RCSC letter No. RCSC/LS-2/2019-20/3482 dated 27th March 2020, the GNHCS has categorized the services and decided to provide essential and routine services that can be delivered via working fully or partially from home and/ or remote working. Accordingly rosters for each division was formulated and decided to have at least two Officials (P-Level Position) to carry out the routine works from office.
In this regard, GNHCS would like to request all officials to kindly render the services abided by the roster attached until further notice from the date of effect of this office order dated 30th March 2020. For officials not included in the roster are requested to stay at station and deliver the normal services from station and make available to attend on any duties when called to office.
Further, the officials staying at home are requested to strictly follow the Do’s and Don’ts prescribed by the RCSC and Officials involved in remote working are requested to strictly follow the Remote Working Technical Guideline shared by the RCSC.
